It’s official!!! WebSphere sMash, the commercial version of Project Zero, was announced today at the IMPACT 2008 conference in Las Vegas, NV. Shipping by the end of June, WebSphere sMash is the culmination of the work we have been doing here at projectzero.org for the past year. Check out some of the early press articles about WebSphere sMash. They are coming in fast. You can also check out the official WebSphere sMash product page at IBM.com

ProjectZero.org will remain the central community for WebSphere sMash, the place where we congregate to talk about and evolve the WebSphere sMash platform. Don’t worry.. you will still have the same access to zero as you have had for the past year. Now you have the option to get a supported, commercial version too.

This is an exciting time for Project Zero as we move toward the 1.0 release. Let us know your thoughts!
