In this “Getting Started with Amazon EC2” video we will:
1. Create an EC2 account
2. Start an AMI (Amazon Machine Image) that is free to use
3. Start an IBM AMI (that needs to be purchased)
And we will do this in about 7 minutes.

Creating widgets with WebSphere sMash

Nicole Carrier, Product Manager for our sister Lotus Mashup Center offering recently created a slick video on creating a widget in WebSphere sMash, and then deploying that widget to Lotus Mashup Center. It was written up in WebSphere Power Magazine, the Power magazine for IBM WebSphere professionals.
