AppBuilder HTML Page Editor support for Dojo 1.2 apps

Support for Dojo 1.2 apps has been added to the AppBuilder HTML Page Editor. By default the HTML Page Editor will continue to build apps with Dojo 1.1, but if an application has a dependency on Dojo 1.2 then the HTML Page Editor will build the page with Dojo 1.2 widgets.
