Protocol reference

Default protocols

The zero.core component contains implementations of the following protocols for use with the Connection API:

• HTTP and HTTPS protocols
• SMTP protocol
• File protocol
• Event protocol

Extension protocols

The following components contains additional protocol implementations that can be used with the Connection API. See the related documentation topics for more information.

• zero.connection.jms - Protocol extension for JMS.
• zero.messaging.connection - IBM® Reliable Transport Extension for WebSphere® sMash messaging protocol.
