Here are a few examples of sMash application projects built by our Partners. Share your sMash application with the Project Zero community. Tell us about your app.

orange_logo_rgb.jpg Orange, one of the leading telecommunications operators in the world, allows developers to enrich their applications with communication services such as 2-way SMS, geo-location of a mobile phone, or conference call. Using Orange API extensions for sMash, Assemble Flows can send SMS, locate a mobile phone (Europe only at the moment), or even run a Flow upon SMS reception. Learn about our Orange and IBM partnership, how to subscribe to Orange APIs and add the Orange repository to your sMash environment. Jibes Jibes created a sMash application that was capable of reading the customer Excel sheet and integrating this with their ERP system. Application logic and user interface were developed to simulate planning changes, and provide real-time stock information based on this simulation. All this created in an architectural design which makes it perfect for re-use. And, most important, centralized in their IT landscape for maximum manageability. By using the extremely dynamic environment of sMash it was possible to develop with close interaction of the business users. Read more about ERP Procurement Solution. Watch it Explore Jibes
Kapow Web2.0 Expo Planner is a mobile web application mashup created by technology from Kapow, IBM EGL, IBM WebSphere sMash and the IBM WebSphere Cloud evangelism team. It was the official mobile scheduler web application of the O'Reilly Web2.0 Expo SF 2009. This mashup allows you to browse your personal agenda and schedule sessions and events by conference track or day/time. It also provides a fuzzy search service to find Expo Booths by keywords (which can be tagged by user also). Lastly you can discover conference 'buzz' from popular social sharing sites Twitter and Flickr, viewing what attendees are saying and photos. Global Logic IMPACT Booth Buzz is a web application developed by partner GlobalLogic to give the attendees of IBM's premier SmartSOA conference IMPACT, a view of the Solution Center exhibitors's booths and the people behind them. The booth information allows conference attendees to connect with partners at the event through "connection comments" and sharing social network profiles such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. Each booth also has the ability to show off their Twitter buzz and photos. There is also an iPhone mobile web application interface to browse partner booths, people and map locations in a Safari browser. Application unavailable temporarily Explore GlobalLogic
IBM IMPACT Agenda Preview Mashup allows prospective participants of IMPACT 2009 to search and browse sessions of their interest. Sessions can be searched by product, topic, platform, track and sub-track. One can also combine two or more selections. A few weeks ago, we already had available an MS Excel spreadsheet with similar functionality. We then faced the challenge of “bringing it online”, in the shortest time, and the lowest cost possible. That’s when we turned to IBM Application Creator for Business Users, a tool being developed as a WebSphere sMash application at IBM’s Haifa Research Lab.
