New features for Project Zero support of PHP M3

Runtime for PHP - Java-based engine for PHP in Project Zero.

Extra PHP functions have been added to the PHP support in Project Zero and for the full list of supported functions see Core PHP functions. The enhancements have mainly been made in the following areas:
