Getting started with PHP in sMash
There are two ways to start using PHP in sMash, either using an Eclipse based IDE or using some browser based tooling called Appbuilder. The Eclipse based IDE is useful for people that
- already know Eclipse
- have a large quantity of PHP, either pre-existing code or code that need to be developed.
Appbuilder is faster, light weight and has a wide variety of tools to make it easy to pull together applications quickly. There are two introductory tutorials
both take less than an hour to work through and are designed to give to a very quick introduction to some of the features of sMash and how you, as a PHP programmer, might use them.
