When opening Bugs for problems found in a test, the phase found field should be set to "FVT". The bugs should be documented on the wiki page using the BGQ command, for example

Note: For App Builder tests, you will need to use the Sebring level of App Builder. To do this, download the Silverstone CLI. Before running the CLI, edit bootstrap.properties to look like this:
modulegroup=stable
stable=https://www.projectzero.org/zero/silverstone/latest/repo
experimental=https://www.projectzero.org/zero/sebring/latest/repo
This will use the AppBuilder from Sebring, but you will be able to create apps from the stable (Silverstone) module group.
For Eclipse, point your Sebring Eclipse install to a Silverstone CLI.
