New features for Project Zero support of PHP in Silverstone M2

PHP performance

• PHP runtime is now a compiler! (most of the time)
• Already shows performance improvements, and paves the way for future performance gains

Many more PHP functions supported

• All array(76), and mail (2) functions now available
• More functions available in network, miscellaneous, imap, string (93… all but 1 now available)
• New areas already added: cURL
• New areas under development: mime_magic, mcrypt, exif
• Many more PHP scripts will run.
